Poor Maintenance The Bane Of This Otherwise Good C

Unfortunately, in an apartment complex of this size there will always be some tenants who do not know how to live well. They leave the laundry room in a sorry state, furniture is vandalized, there are strollers in the common areas of the building which is probably a fire / building code violation. Other than that its a good place to live for some time. Ample parking, quiet, lots of trees and squirrels and birds. Rental office staff should take a refresher course in customer service, since it looks like they have forgotten civility. Agreed, those not-so-great tenants must be driving them mad but that does not mean we all get painted with the same brush!
