I must agree with this opinion.. I used to live here and have same review about the lady in the rental office. Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced in my life

I'm considering to move there and have applied. About a week after i called to follow up and she told me that someone else got the apartment. She could at least warn me that there were other people before me and it was not guaranteed. I want to report her to her employer because she's not a professional. I'm still trying to find a cheap apartment to move in Edison, but don't know where to look.

COULDN'T AGREE MORE WITH YOU!!! I visited the rental office recently to get an application, RUDENESS TO THE EXTREME, I feel sorry for you really I do, because no tenant or potential tenant deserves that type of treatment. The property management company(parent company) should consider putting someone more professional; it MAKES PEOPLE NOT WANT TO RENT, they SURE as hell lost me as a potential tenant!!!! I wouldn't want to deal with that kind of service or landlord.
