Rented: From 2008 To 2009

Floors are really horrible. Also the staircase are always dusty. Rest all experience has been really good. Its safe, has ample of parking space, proximity to almost anything and everything within 2 miles. Not sure how they treat when we leave the apartment in next few months. Overall good exp till date except lease terms are bad. Atleast after a year they should be able to give the loyal happy tenants an option of month-to-month lease or better lease breakage options after completion of an year. In that sense they are absolutely not at all understanding taking into consideration the present times.
