pros..
comparatively cheap rent rates,shopping walkable distance,commuting also convenient,flooring good.
cons...
lots of cockroaches:(
mice also visit:((
doors not tightly sealed,so breeze comes inside winter.
Bottomline:cannot recommend.try somewhere else.
