Review for Trafalgar Gardens Apartments

Problems --
1. Maintenance staff is rudest people i have ever talked to.
2. Wood bridge office - I don't consider them as human being at all . There is a lady called Olga .She can only talk ( actually bark ) but cannot listen . They are just to make you follow all rules and pay them your hard earned money but they will always have a clean cheat.
3. Security Deposit - You have to forget it completely because they will never going to return it completely. big ripoff ..
4 . Apartment Condition- Outside looks good but when you get in your apartment , you will really regret on your decision of renting in middlesex management.It will be full of dust , bugs and problems. I rented twice in this community and both time I have to call maintenance to work on my apartment .They take inspection charges but never do it , as there were many big problems in my apartment . Example , Water leaking from ceilings , Bathroom tap is not working , Locks are not working , closet doors are coming out and so on.......
5. Call center staff - call for any dispute and it will never be picked up by concerned person . It will just be forwarded to right person and to voicemail finally. Even they dropped off my call in between saying bad connection. So rude and scoundrel people.
6. Health condition - Please make sure to have good insurance before moving in these apartments as you will need that soon .Full of bed bugs ,rats , roaches and staff too :-)..
7. Floors - Their floors are so old , you cant get sleep if you are not in top floor as i was hearing big sound of my own footsteps .
8. Security deposit ...they charged me 300 $ for scratches on my kitchen countertop though there is not a single . and then they charged me 200$ for its replacement . So you get double charges . one for damage and other for replacing it .Atleast why double ????
8 . They are the biggest liars on earth ..

Fianlly ..if anyone knows how to complaint against them at higher authority in NJ , please reply to this as I am in big need of that . They took my 800$ from security deposit ..i wanna sue these bastards..
