Apartment Review for Towne Centre At Englewood

If you live on the fourth floor then don't bother thinking you're going to have an enjoyable time in your apartment! The construction in this building is so bad you hear your neighbors like if they were in your own living room. Noise travels from every side. As for the construction, like my neighbor put it... it looks nice but once you take a better look you start to see all the imperfections. <P>
The rug looks great but feels like it has no padding. The paint is a nice neutral beige but the paint job looks like it was done by a blind man. The fixtures are beautiful once you clean all the paint off of them. The alarm system is a nice touch if it actually worked. Having a washer and dryer in your unit is a huge convenience if it was large enough to fit more than three pairs of socks. Last but not least, having assigned parking spots is great if your assigned spot was taken by someone else. <P>
On the positive note, the staff is really friendly but I think they have their work cut out for them. Dont move here if you want to relax in your own apartment! <P>
