Apartment Review for Towne Centre At Englewood

I made the mistake of moving into Towne Centre and now I regret it. I've had dozens of issues since the first day of moving into my new apartment from no hot water, leaking windows, mold, damage to my car from dripping construction materials, A/C not working and last but not least, NOISE. Not only can you hear your neighbors on the side of you but you also hear the people above you! When you call the corporate office or leasing department you feel like they're doing you a favor by attending to your needs. <P>
The shame is this place looks nice from a glance. They went out of their way to put in nice touches such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances but didn't bother finishing anything. The paint job in every apartment looks like a blind man did it, they're cracks everywhere, the carpet comes out when you vacuum it and the washer/dryer fits three pairs of jeans if you're lucky. <P>
Do yourself a favor and keep on looking. If you don't believe me, ask any resident you see walking in or out of the building what they think. Better yet, go to one of the local shops and ask the employees what they heard about the place. <P>
