Stay Away From Brookfield "Slums" Gardens

The apartments are great physically!! The main problems are the people who work in the rental office, maintnance, lack security, and terrible neighbors. They take 2 weeks to respond to your phone calls. Also, they only seem to cater to one paticular race(Polish, Caucasians). I would rather live in a shoe box, then to go back to BROOKFIELD SLUMS GARDENS!!
