I believe that the property is well run. All my maintainance requests are taken care of promptly. It's a very friendly community, with caring neighbors. I take walks around the community with my children & everyone watches out for each other. I've seen many apartments and nothing compares to these apartments. Very modern apartment (beautiful kitchen). Overall, great experience... loving my apartment.
