You WON'T get your Security Deposit back...cou ( over a year ago )

I agree with the previous poster. I did NOT receive my security deposit back even though "Ray" said everything looked fine in the apartment when I moved out. Apparently Ray does not know that according to NJ law you are supposed to receive the deposit or a certified letter determining the reasons why the security deposit was not returned. I received neither. I tried to call him and...I was hung up on!!
If you like your well earned money, do NOT rent here! You will NOT receive your security deposit back...period.
As for the previous poster, please contact me if you can. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company.
