Apartment Review for Linden House Apartments

Pros
*There is an elevator if you have hard time using stairs.
*The rooms are bigger than most places.
*Two washers and two dryers on each floor so you don't have to go outside to do laundry.
*There is a superintendent living on site who is nice
Cons
*The TRAIN. The building is right next to the train and it runs until the early morning. Some people get used to it. Some can't wait to leave because of that train horn. Depends.
*Mold. If you have allergies then be aware of this.
*Parking costs extra. Its not included with your rent.
*Flooding. The parking lot overflows and sometimes the water gets into the elevator shaft so the elevator is shut down.
*You can hear your neighbors through the walls and floors.
*Water bugs. They look like big roaches and they come out in the summer. Make sure to bring spray if you move here.
*In the winter people who park outside have to shovel our cars out of the snow when they don't shovel.
*The management is not always cordial.
