Apartment Reviews for Fox Meadow Apartments - Maple Shade

Before moving to south jersey, I read through all the reviews of the local places and of course I was at first intimidated by Fox Meadow. But with co-worker's testimonials, along with the price, I decided to give it a shot.
Now I have low standards, being a single male out of college only a year. But I have had NO problems with fox meadow. Being here for 9 months now, I intend on renewing my lease another year.
It's true that the walls are paper thin but my neighbors are quiet. I had some maintenance issues (door locks, outlet, and blinds) but all requests were handled in less than 3 days. Otherwise, no problems with water, heat, or air conditioning.

No problems parking. But on the other side of the complex there are some dark areas. I used to pass through on my jogs at night and never seen any shady activity, but they could use some lighting there.

I'd highly recommend against the complex's cable and internet offer, Hotwire. The tv selections are terrible and the internet is so slow it is unusable at peak times. Comcast promotions are available and at comparable prices with Verizon FIOS on the way.

Overall: A great place to stay if you aren't super picky. All major problems fixed quickly, minor problems I don't bother reporting because they don't bother me much. Seems relatively safe if you are smart about it.
