I lived at marlton colonial for three years. the property is family owned and operated SO YOUR NOT DEALING WITH SOME LARGE CORPORATION IF THERE IS A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM, your talking directly with the owner. The work gets done that same day. They have 24 hour emergency service. They are friendly and caring about your experience living there. "Hands on" I lived there alone and when I traveled the ownership would take in packages or and deliveries to their on site office. Its a small property, 40 apartments total I think and it is nicely laid out on lots of open space. You can walk to everything like shopping or resturants which are close by. I ahve a small dog and they are pet friendly with amople pet stations on the property. What I liked best is the true sense of neighborhood that you find there. I eventually purchased a houise but would not think twice about reccomending Marlton Colonial to a friend or co-worker.

Management is second to none. Amazing apartments. Best Location. I've never seen any apartment with the charm as Marlton Colonial. The management goes out of their way to make sure these are not just apartments, but your home. Aprivate 300S.F. heated basement is included with each apartment home. We moved out of a house and would have been renting a $250. storage unit if not for the basement storage that is included. We found no other apartment community having this ammenity and also Hard Wood floors. The floor plan is like a mini house. Lots of closets, full sized waser / Dryer. Great location. Lots of open green space. What more can I say. Life is grand at marlton Colonial

Not sure what the above review is about but obviously some people should NEVER live in an apartment complex. We lived in marlton Colonial. Best value in the area. Small intimimate property, Right off main street marlton, about 40 apartments. Lots of open green space, not an asphalt jungle like lots of other apartment communities. Management runs a tight ship and on top of and maintenance issues as soon as they happen. Great basments that are private and a big plus to having an apartment. Nice Harwood floors. Modern kitchens. New Central AC systems worked great for us. Over all, a great place to live and a very positive experience.
