I've lived here for over a year now...and I must say, that I am very happy. It is a Tiny Apartment Complex only around 20 Units. It only has 1 bedroom apartments which is GREAT because that means no kids running around, or people trying to fit 15 people in an apartment! Also never a problem with parking. People on this website that have made bad comments are ovbiously disgruntled. I think Jen and John run this Complex great and they Truely do CARE about this place. And yes Jennifer does watch whats going on in the Complex because that's her job! And everytime I've had a problem John has been here in minutes to fix it! It's a Quiet, Peaceful community...and yes being on Route 10 does suck, but the apartments all have new double payned windows and that lessens of Rt 10...Rent is Fair, and it should probably include Heat and Hot water but it doesn't...This place allows PETS which is Great...cause it's virtually impossible to find a place that allow Pets in NJ! Overall,I'm happy, and I feel SAFE in this complex.

PROS I've lived here for two years with no major problems. The apartment complex is initimate and I feel very safe. My apartment is cozy. Neighbors are respectful of one aother. On-site management is friendly and helpful. Parking is available most of the time near my apartment. Sometimes I may have to park a little further away (no big deal though) if I arrive late. There is base board heat (which is never a problem). An air conditioner (dated) is provided always in working condition. There are diswashers/ washer&dryers combo/ granite countertop <P>
CONS My only complaints is the highway. I am a light sleeper. I can hear cars, trucks and motorcycles up and down the highway all the time. It is frustrating to say the least. When it snows sometimes i slide down the hill or have problems driving up the hill. Management almost always assists with car issues related to the snow. <P>
