Apartment Review for Wellsbrook At Neptune

This community is a disaster. Landscape is falling to shreds, bricks all over sidewalks because they dont fix the brick walls, over grown grass, piled up garbage in the dumpsters, insane noise level. Unless you own stock in Advil be aware. Who does'nt know about that guy who revs his motorcycle engine at 6am while blasting the radio and lets it run for at least 20 min!
Parking? What does that mean? It does not exist! As for management stating they are not strict about it for not wanting residence to get tickets is true, but they would rather have cars piled up in front of dumpsters, enterances of sidewalks, parking in the NO PARKING ZONE, and of course you always have the residence here that continue to park in visitors spots for lack of laziness to open there own garage door and park in there.
Think you need to make a certain amount of money to live here? Dont let that fool you. I bet your first initial thought would be Oh this must keep the rift raft out, but thats not the case at all! You will see the occassional questionable person walking through the community for sure.
As for management they talk a lot, but no worries nothing is ever enforced. Make sure you always call before you take a walk down there because they tend to make there own hours not the hours listed. As for calling the main office up north you better pony up and put your big girl/boy pants on because the attitude your going to catch will throw you for a loop!
Once you move in save your pennies because your rent fee will raised and smack you in the face the following year. Not worth the amount of money they charge. Everything is outdated!
Lets put it this way do you expect anything better it is Neptune, NJ and on West Bangs Road one of the WORST streets in Neptune hope your packing heat!
