IF you attempt to come home around 9pm. Good luck finding parking. maintenance likes to take their time in fixing the apt. and then usually leaves a mess for you to clean up.
and if u leave downstairs. happy ear plugs. u will hear your upstairs neighbor open his closet, balcony door, going up and and down stairs. walk around his own apt.
