I have maintenance issues and I am ignored every time. Someone please help. 432 Owners Inc aka Arbor Hills makes over 200k each month! Where is the money going? It's not going to help the shareholders that are living there! One of the board members owns over 70 apartments and pulls a lot of stings. He pays someone like Sharon a lot of money to ignore issues. Someone please help!!

Sharon Pedicini is the worst manager anyone could ever ask for. She is mean, cruel, and vicious to people. She does not know how to run a complex and deserves to get the boot from Arbor Hills. All she does is BS all day. She is worthless.

I love living here, the people are friendly, packages are delivered to the office for conveince, its safe and quiet. nice size rooms and plenty of closet space.
