I am a tenant in a small complex managed by Patrician Associates. It's comforting to know that someone responds to an emergency call at midnight on the weekend. Thanks.

From past experiences as a tenant in an apartment complex, I've found that it is difficult dealing with land lords and the management company. My dealings with Patrician Associates Management has been the polar opposite, they are always sympathetic and cooperative with me and my problems. They always make sure that action is taken whatever the problem is.

My experiences with the staff of Patrician Associates have been the complete opposite of all the negative attitudes hurled at these property management professionals. They all work hard to make our community a place we can be proud of. It's unfortunate that the owners and tenants complain, drag down morale, fester trouble, and harbor resentment and anger towards one another. Keep doing what you're doing ladies...... grazie tanto a tutti............

I think they are great, it takes time to get approvel from the board of each complex they just can't go ahead fix something without approvel!

You should be able to balance your own checking account. If they cash your check 50 days later the money should still be in the account. Try counting your blessing by appreciating you $ in your account for additional days getting interest. Oops, ya probably do not have one of those. uuummm

The woman who posts the maintenance fee checks does not post them until 20 days after they are sent to the office. Could this be a plot to promote bounced checks and extra fees for those people who do not check their online banking regularly and simply trust that the office staff is competent and efficient? I know if we submitted the maintenance fees late, we'd be billed a late fee. I know that normally people get fired when they are incapable of doing their jobs. With the current unemployment rates,I'm certain there is plenty of people who would love to do her job and do it well.
