For the high price you pay to live there, the managing company of the complex treated me like a criminal after living there for a year, and missing my lease cancellation deadline by mere days. They locked me in for another year and penalized me on top of it! I never was late with one payment but because of one small mistake, which doesn't even makes sense they did not want to help me. My move in date was mid-month and I didn't realize they put the first of that month as my lease start-date (why? only reason I can think of b/c no one would think your move-in date is not your lease start date, so it's a perfect opportunity to screw you over!). So naturally I gave them notice according to my move-in date, when I decided to not renew my lease. So because of that two week difference between lease start and move-in, I am locked in again, w/out even having to sign another lease. And they do this because they can! BE AWARE OF MIDDLESEX MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE VERY HARD TO GET A HOLD OF ON THE PHONE, AND NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS. They manage a ton of complexes in New Jersey!
The on-site staff at Woodhaven Terrace gets an A+!
