The people here are very nice. We had to suddenly move and they were very kind about it and found someone to rent our apartment very quickly. We had a very beautiful apartment, it was very bright and in very good condition. We hope we will come back some time, we had the best neighbor.

We were very pleased with our apartment during our 3 year stay . Service was exceptional and we found the grounds and buildings well kept. We are usually pretty easy to please but did not have anything to complain about anyway. We were very impressed with the high calibre of people who seem to live there and would recommend this place highly.

Don't get a first floor unit. You will feel like you're living with your upstairs neighbors. It doesn't help if they are heavy on their feet and have young, noisy children. Otherwise I have no complaints - but I won't be staying here very long if I don't find some quiet.

I looked for my first apartment for 3 months. My parents nixed everything I chose until I found this one at Colonial Heights. They loved the apartment and finally felt comfortable with having me live here. They thought that alot of other places gave them the creeps but there is something very peacefull and serene about this place. They were right. This turned out to be a wonderful first apartment for me. <P>

Finally, A friendly, diverse community where you can feel at home. It seems like the owners of this property really care about keeping this place up to date and well maintained. The Maintenance is Super! This is a great place to be!

I got a nicely renovated apartment with a brand new dishwasher, quiet neighbors, and a very competitive rent. My friends in Morristown pay almost double are waiting for their lease to end so that they can rent here too.

I checked out 9 apartment complexes before choosing this one, and after being here only a few months, I know that I made the right choice. I have really nice neighbors, the grounds are kept very well, and I got a fully renovated apartment at less than $900/month. The apartment that I'm in is just as nice as the one they showed me when I first came for a look, and it's much nicer than any of the other places I was considering.
