Apartment Review for Meadowbrook Gardens

Where do I begin?
Management - rude and uncooperative. Repairs when requested are ignored. Grounds are disgusting garbage strewn all over - never picked up by management.
Black Mold under floors, in bathroom and kitchen. BUGS - BUGS - BUGS everywhere - you name the bug it lives at Meadowbrook Gardens.
Rat seen on property and Mice droppings throughout apartment.
Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors ****, intercourse, etc. you can hear it all.
Security Deposit - DO NOT COUNT ON GETTING YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURNED.
I had a cleaning crew company in upon leaving and yet I was still charged a $100 cleaning fee.
Tenants - very ghetto. Parking is available but you can count on your vehicle being damaged by others, kids playing ball, overgrowth of bushes and lastly by other tenants.
Drugs and alcohol are common at Meadowbrook Gardens - drug dealing taking place in apartments and in the parking lot.

Basically this place is a ghetto SLUM.
