Apartment Review for Rachel Gardens

I have lived here for over 6 years and in the past 2 years the quality of living here has severely declined. The manager and office personnel of the complex are absolutely HORRIBLE. There is an increasing amount of garbage that they don't pick up, they rent is going up each month (probably to support the difference in allowing affordable housing which they never disclosed to us upon renting), and there is nothing included in rent (pool is extra $100/yr and no utilities are included). 5 unforced breakins reported (meaning someone with the maintenance keys probably) and in the past I had issues with workers entering my apartment without proper notice. The rules aren't enforced (kids bikes strewn everywhere, work vehicles in parking lot, garbage all over the place (come see the apartment Sunday night before gargage pickup), and everything is old which they just keep temporariy repairing. Sad because apartments and complex used to appear so much nicer, not ghetto.
