Apartment Reviews for Quail Ridge - Plainsboro

Lets start out by saying this... Keep in mind if you are reading this comment ...YOU ARE RENTING AN APARTMENT. When people rent they think they are living in a glass house with not a pebble insight. Yes things break...they will break in your house...i can almost gaurentee if you call maintenance to your house (not apartment) for a problem they will schedule an appointment one week later if not more. The maintence responds as soon as they can and they respond to the emergency service first. I had a problem with my toilet leak...guy was ther in 15 minutes. When i moved in i had brand new carpeting and it didn't smell like i have seen other apartments smell. noise level is not bad...i can't hear my neighbors and they can't hear me...Security is good--what security? Plainsboro police drive through the Neighborhood at least once every hour. I have seen this many times. They also drive around when kids go to school which is a plus. The paint on the wall is half assed but then again you LIVE IN AN APARTMENT. This complex is very leinent to you fixing your own problems... I changed my floors in the bathroom and kitchen myself and i installed tiles around the fireplace. Yes it is done at my own exspense but if you like the basic then that is fine. The staff is misunderstood. Honestly i have spoken to them on numorous accounts and never had a problem with them. The one polish girl remembers me by name and is very polite and knowledgeable... That is who i deal with. I am happy here and enjoy living here. Oh by the way i am not part of the staff so don't think i am writing this to boost up the rating... I just belive that one person had a bad experiance and we all of a sudden become a section 8 neighborhood. <P>
