The Rent is reasonable and its location is safe & good: close to Bus, train, shop, school, and ect. However, the place is rather small which means you can hear pretty well your neighbors. I heard the bad rumor that the management won't give back the security deposit, but I am still living here so I am not sure about it. The condition of the aprtment is not high quility and there may be many things to complain, but again, it is OK place for one or two years when you more consider the area & safety with small budget.
