i was a model tenant for SEVEN years, no major problems. maintainence crew totally cool. slight problem with bugs in the summer. no problems with neighbors. problem arose after i moved out. they screwed me out of $125.00. They tried to tell me i didnt return keys but i had a receipt to prove i did. said i left stains on carpet but they were caused by water damage from the upstairs apartment.
i wrote the main office a letter with a copy of the key receipt, and they didnt have the courtesy to respond. im across the street at bayberry gardens and extremely happy. less expensive and much nicer.

**** you. you work for the apartments. the landlord is an *******, they allow anyone in these apartments - derelicts that party all night and slam floors and walls, and the mgmt has zero respect for any tenant that has a long tenure there. totally a place for creeps, perverts and trouble makers. not to mention the NASTY people in the rental office. what a night mare. GLADLY pay a mortgage than to live with those low lifes again. Dont be fooled by this place! And they hire drunk maintenance men who threaten you if you.

in scotch plains, Its a great place to live.The office staff
was wonderful to help me with all my needs.and made me feel like family. I would recommend this Apartments to anyone.
