Apartment Review for The Arbors At Franklin Township

My boyfriend and I decided to save money we would move-in together. We are both students (which means we are pretty poor.) This was the last place we looked at on our "search day". We were exhausted by time we pulled up and almost didn't go in. We are so glad we did. The leasing gal was super nice, friendly and offered us these delicious cookies (which I will confess, I stop by every now and again to grab one). The model apartment looks great and gave us so many ideas.

We rented an apartment, and because we are students, we get 5 percent off our monthly rent. Parking is free, which is a huge plus. Anyone who lives in New Brunswick knows the headache of parking there w/o a permit.

I recommended my classmate and she's moving in next month, which means I will get a referral fee of $500. It's not cash but a discount off the rent, which still is cash in our pockets.

The maintenance staff is very helpful, they installed our air conditioner free of charge.

I love our new place. =)
