Apartment Review for The Highlands At South Plainfield

We moved in 2 yrs back to this place and were amazed at how well maintained this place was inside and out. We had some really good neighbors, and so we thought....!!@#$ Now, the people coming in look more like thieves... The ground is full of dog poop, The Dumpsters have trash all around it THAN in it...there are broken glass pieces lying around the place and caused a puncture in my tires and a cut in my shoe... My neighbors are loud . Also the building passage is not cleaned well, the carpet stinks and there are cobwebs all around...the guy who used to clean the place has started doing a sucky job. THIS PLACE STINKS... I see mites and Flees around and in the corners of the entrance of the buildings door mat...
