Pros: -- Pet Friendly. They let you keep a pet with some extra charge. -- Management is excellent. Manager Colleen is very friendly and so are the other 2 girls. Maintenance guy Gary is great guy too. You have a problem and they will trouble-shoot the same day. -- Very clean and no noise . -- Enough parking space. -- Good interior. -- Washer, dryer, stove , fridge all new and good. Carpet well maintained. <P>
Cons: -- The rent is high for the neighborhood. <P>
