Apartment Reviews for Lakeside At Briant Park - Springfield

This is an excellent apartment community to live with breath taking view, supberb management, clean apartments with few exceptions, the firs thing that is hurting me is you have no other coice but Comcast and their service is exceptionally poor. Kitchen appliances are out dated and last thing I don't like is the toilet seats are very small in size would be a problem for tall and big people to work with. I can live with old appliances and even small toilet seat as I am neither extra tall no too big but this COMCAST will be one reason I will not renew my lease. I called Verizon FiOS and they told me if your appartment wouold allow we will set the service in no time but someone is not letting us in. I would strongly encourage people those who require good internet connection and good TV reception to look around you may find something better and not get restricted to this limitation.
