Apartment Review for Mountain View Crossing

Very unfriendly management, no sense of customer service at all. Be very careful about your cars being towed away from the parking lot. Even though I am a legal resident with parking permits & the lot is access controlled with scan cards, still my car was towed, since the flimsy parking decal fell off my rear view mirror !! They don't give any warnings before towing. I had to pay $275 cash + $50 cab fare to get my car !! The office manager said "it is your problem" !!! <P>
