Apartment Review for 55 Riverwalk Place

lived about a year and half and had three times water leak problems. they had to open walls, ceilings, and floors to fix it and denied to provide alternative accomodations. I had to go through rental insurance and the deductible is all on you. Eventually, they give your deposit back with taking $500 cleaning fee out of it!!! We cleaned the house like new but there's no way to confirm this with them. it's one-directional decision.
Management office says the same thing "read your contract" whenever you claim about things.
Building looks nice from its modern looking but the construction quality is bad. always under construction somewhere.
Recently, the new condo construction has resumed right beside the building and you'll experience the noise and dust from construction field.

+three good things; Easy commute to New York, Nice riverwalk, Convinient last moment shopping at A&P (if you missed somthing from Wholefoods or any other better quality supermarkets)
