The apartment is doable. Its old, but it's great for its price. Theres no exhaust in the bathroom, which sucks. Plus you can hear EVERY move of ur neighbor. The noise can really drive someone crazy. I'm on the first floor and when my neighbor above me is walking around, it seriously feels like they're pounding on my skull. I'm moving out as soon as my lease ends. Countdown: 6 months, 14 days. If ur looking for a decent apartment for a decent price and u don't care about noise, then this is great. Otherwise, run!
