Apartment Review for Edgewater Manor Apartments

These apartments maybe afordable but they are not well maintained at all. Maintience workers are regular old handy men. They do crappy jobs fixing anything in these units. Currently there is still 3 inches of snow at my door way. Repeated calls are answered by saying we will get to it. This is the worst place I have ever lived and encourage anyone to find a better apartment to rent. FYI there heating units are so bad and out of date that my utility bill cost 300-350 each month for a 1 bedroom unit. I was told that it is working fine.
