Review for Mesa Del Oso Apartments

I currently live here and WILL be moving. The crime is getting worse. Cars are being broke into and even stolen. Garages are broken into and items stolen. Drug deals happen in the parking lots. Management does nothing. They say its not their responsibility.

The bugs are horrible!!!!!!!!!! They say they will spray but never do. The maintenance never seems to fix anything correctly and have to come back later because it breaks again.

Courtesy Patrol Big Joke! Doesnt exist. Management states patrol is there to lock the pool, not for safety reasons. Never have seen any patrol at all.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! They look nice from the outside but thats about it. Going down hill fast! Might as well live in the Section 8 housing down the street.
