Review for Mesa Del Oso Apartments

Like everyone said- COCKROACHES!!!! Over $900.00 a month for cockroaches. The people who live there can go either way- very nice retired folks or shady ones. They just want to fill the apartments- even with people who can't really afford it. I had a person who parked their broken car behind my fence- on the weekends they would work on it. Exhaust came in my house all day, and the noise. Finally, the worse thing for me is that they were very, very child unfriendly. And don't apply the rules equally- pick and choose who can stretch the rules.
