Review for La Paloma Apartments

The complex has recently become very noisy -- youngsters with very loud car stereos drive back and forth in front of my apt several times a day. The upstairs neighbor has been very noisy at night for 3 months now, so I have trouble sleeping -- and mgmt doesn't seem to be able to do much about it. Strongly suspect gang and/or drug activity on the south central side of the property. Yes, I have reported it. Several times.

Aside from these problems, this property is decent, and I do like living here. It could really be improved with a real crime watch program. I have lived in apt complexes with drug labs and gangs before I moved to this city, and I do not want to see this happen here.
