Review for Spring Park Apartments

The staff and management of Spring Park is by far the most ill-trained and incompetent of any I have dealt with. This also applies to their regional management in Albuquerque and to their senior management at the Bernard/Allison headquartes in Phoenix, AZ.

Their Mission Statement is to "develop an atmosphere of high integrity." Unfortunately they didn't even come close to meeting this objective in their contractural obligations with us.

The apartments are dated and poorly maintained. We had an issue with mold that was never satisfactorily resolved. The parking is pathetic, the security is questionable, and the maintenance is obviously going to the low bidder.

There are a number of nice apartment complexes in the area, and I would highly recommend putting this one at the bottom of my list.
