New owners/management took over August 2007. So far, all seems well. When I moved in I was told there would be gates put up for the ground-level patios and they were. I was also told there would be a gym within the next couple of months and it is about to open. The office staff is easy to work with. The maintenance people seem a bit overwhelmed with trying to keep up with work orders but once they repair something, it is done well.
