This place is a joke. My neighbors included a car thief, a person involved with crack, and a couple of gun-toting fools. While I lived there, I had 4 managers in 6 months. Each one told more lies than the last. The maintenance crew continually changes and all they do is blame the previous employees. I had raw sewage outside my door for over a month that was only covered when I called the city a few times. There was a half-inch gap between my outside door and the wall that was never fixed, which caused my power bill to be high. My patio door rarely locked no matter how many times the maintenance people "fixed it." The place is infested with black widow spiders and management felt that having the apt. sprayed more than once was unnecessary. Your monthly rent will be at least $100 more than your lease states because of add-ons. Keep searching for a place with some quality to it!
