I have been living at the Aspen Ridge apartments for a total of two years now, and I just recently signed a new lease for another year. I am very pleased with my apartment, but most of all with the treatment from the staff there. I am a single mom and I really can say that the staff there have done a-lot for me and my kiddos, by making us feel safe, and treating us like we are important to them, not only when the first comes around and rent's due, but all around.

I have been a resident at aspen ridge for about six years now, and I don't plan on going anywhere! They have the best floorplans in the area... The Manager recently hired at the property is great! She actually takes her time to get out on property, and takes care of business! I hope she stays with us. Come check it out for your self... I would Definetly recommend living here!!!!

My husband and I had lived here a few years ago and we absolutely loved it. The apartments are huge and very roomy. I loved my BIG kitchen with lots of cabinet space. I also love my window above my sink. I think we saw 3 roaches in the whole time we lived there and nothing more. The balcony has a nice view. Parking isn't too bad if you don't mind walking a little bit.
We were wanting to move into these apartments again but the new management (if that's what you call it) is terrible. The manager is very unprofessional and rude. You would think that she would want to rent out her apartment and not chase people away. It is too bad because we loved these apartments. I think whoever hired her really needs to do better interview and background checks for the people they hire.
