Apartment Reviews for Broadstone High Desert
Do not live here

We moved into Broadstone High Desert about six months ago, since we have been there we have had to complain about plumbing problems, the garage door openers only work after you have pushed the button five or more times, and the management decided to redo the parking lots which caused residents not to be able to access their garages or apartments during the day and at times over night on three different occasions. When we approached the staff about the repaving and how there schedule causes problems for everyone who lives in our section their answer is to deal with it because you don't have any control over it and to be thankful. When we were in the process of leasing the apartment I spoke with a leasing agent on the phone who said she would reserve a specific floorplan for me and send over the paperwork for us to be approved. When I didn't receive the paperwork I called back the next day to find out that the leasing agent had not reserved the apartment for me, had rented it to someone else, and there were no more apartments in that floorplan. Because I had a short time frame to move from out of state I had to settle for one of the cramped townhouses that I had told them I wasn't interested in renting. Also the website stated that they had lease options in 6-12 month time frames. When I requested a six month lease I was told that wasn't an option even though it was on the website, I had to speak with the manager to get approval for a six month lease. My family is moving out and would not recommend this complex to anyone.
