Apartment Review for Canoan Village

Don't rent here unless you want less then u pay for.utilities residents pay gas and
Pnm and a flat rate for water included in rent which it ain't worth it if the apartment don't hold in heat nor cool and as for many other reason such as the mold and cracks in the shower and to mention very dirty and bathtubs squeak while showering and u can also hear your next door neighbor taking shower due too poor maintenance on the bathtubs and appliances are abut 30 some years old.paint is pealing on balconies and and light fixtures are not great nor is the outlets u have to tape things like cell phone chargers to stay on wall and residents don't obey pet policies dogs just barking and unattended and the grounds of the property are not well cared for at all they have some landscapers come but it ain't enough dog crap everywhere and cig buds everywhere
