Apartment Review for Casa Del Arroyo

My boyfriend and I used to live here, only because rent was cheap, back in 2003 to 2005, and it was awful. You get what you pay for! I still have nightmares about this place. We have come up with a nickname for it- Casa Del Arroyo "The Black Gates of ****". The cops were literally there every weekend. There are parties every night, and loud unsupervised children playing during the day. You get no peace and quiet. The heater in our apartment kept breaking, and we would go weeks without it being fixed. During the two years, there were numerous break-ins, drive-by shootings, and numerous party fights. I know what you're thinking- why would we stay there for two years! All I can say is, it's a horrible place to live, and I highly do NOT recomend it, unless you're a crackhead, then this should suit you nicely.
