Casa Tierra Apartments are on San Pedro Drive NE, adjacent to Arroyo Del Oso Park. Tenants can take advantage of the proximity to the park to enjoy the outdoors and have fun with friends and pets. The apartments boast plenty of nearby public transportation and Interstate 25 is just a short trip. Residents can grab a bite at eateries such as Burger King, Snack Natural, Taco Bueno, Siam Café, Schlotzsky’s Deli, Arby’s, KFC, or Wendy’s. Reviews suggest that Casa Tierra is overpriced and the apartments are small, but many reviews dismiss these issues and instead, praise the complex for its effective management and hospitable living conditions.

Superior living accomodations and superior management -- particularly during "disasters" such as last winter's snowstorms, when the Casa Tierra lot was cleared almost a full week before any other lot in the area. The on-site managers -- Bobbie and Rebecca -- are unfailingly polite, cheerful, and responsive.

The grounds look terrific, and I have found the maintainance staff to be quick, efficient and effective in taking care of the ten thousand minor things that crop up daily in a complex this size.
