It takes an average of six months to a year for maintenance issues to be resolved. Manager could care less about tenants. This is one of the worst management that anyone could ask for!!! A clogged toliet takes an average of at least one week to get fixed. We have lots of rats. Been a problem for two years. I dont know why anyone could stand living here in these conditions.
