Cottonwood Ranch is true to southwestern style. Close to a great variety of shopping, restaurants and entertainment in northern Albuquerque these studio to three bedroom apartments offer 593 to 1423 square feet of spacious and gracious living. Outside features resort style living with huge swimming pools and spa, putting green, basketball and tennis courts, bbq and picnic areas and a playground. Other community amenities are the fitness center, media room and clubhouse and business center. This pet-friendly property offers apartments that may have mountain views. Covered parking is available. Resident reviews caution about extra fees but are inconsistent.
