Apartment Review for Eagle Point

Rundown, no maintenance, no response when several apts. were flooded during the snow storms and received major damage...I'm living in half of my apt. for the past 6 wks, sleeping on the couch...while they do NOTHING. Several tenants are considering a class action lawsuit and also having Abq. Code Enforcement inspect and close this place down because our apts. are unliveable. Very overpriced as well. I've been here 3 yrs; the place has changed management at least 4 times, and been sold several times. They just don't care about their tenants and are not willing to accept responsibility for the damages caused by their negligence. <P>
