I like Eagle Point, I've been here almost 5 years. Moving soon due to job situation. Apt complex pretty well maintained but lots of water pipe problems, my building has had water turned off many times this year. Very pretty grounds. Mostly quiet, not on a main street. Nice size and hope to find something similar when I move. <P>

The management staff at Eagle Point has always been sweet, helpful and courteous. I have only been here for a short while but I like the environment. Certain things could always improve, but as long as you're apartment living, there will always be neighbors lacking respect...that can't be blamed on the apartment staff. It is close to many of the things I do on a daily basis which is nice. Overall, it is a good place to live. <P>
