I am currently a resident at Desert Willow apartments and the from the very beginning it has been a horrible experience. When I moved in the apartment was dirty. Almost every night the leasing agent has a party outside and is so loud that it keeps everyone up. The security company United Security was called every night and nothing was done to stop the problem. The leasing manager flipped me off because we complained. Is this how a resident should be treated by a staff member at my apartments? One word of advice DO NOT RENT AT DESERT WILLOW APARTMENTS!
