Review for La Paloma Apartments

#1. I never did have a parking space by my apartment. #2. This place was ALWAYS drafty! My PNM bill was higher then my friend who owns a house! Always cold. #3. Staff and maintanence was good/average. They would come and try to fix problems. Some problems however could not be fixed. I would have to ask them to come and do things that a complex should automatically do one-two times a year. However the head of maintanence is a really smart, nice guy-who knows what good customer service is. Office staff-some are really nice....... #4. They do charge you for carpet cleaning and a parking cover space. #5. The pool and jacuzzi is great! They took good care of it. #6. They have NO pantry for your food-that was a bummer! #7. Where I lived, it was quite. #8. Overall, for what you get, La Paloma is over priced. #9. I did feel safe-lighting could BE BETTER-ALL OVER the complex!!!! #10. Lastly-U BETTER LIKE CATS! There are a bunch of them around-day and night. Oh-and be sure to stay out of the complex streets-the twenty somethings speed through the complex and care little whether there is someone in the road or not......
